Pastor is a jack of all trades. He is an animal care staff primarily working with Solo, Gorilla and Tito groups, but knows all the chimps intimately and can work with any group as a senior staff member. He is also the best at darting the chimps (with medication). However, Pastor's main role now is as the head of maintenance, attending to our electric fences, vehicles, construction projects and other odds and ends, which is a full-time job requiring way more Pastors!!! Pastor has a great sense of humour and is always in good spirits, encouraging team camaraderie.
