Michael arrived in 2013 from an oil palm plantation prior to Kortu. Villagers had killed the rest of his family to eat and threatened to kill him too if the rescuer didn't buy Michael. Michael is a quiet and sweet chimp, friends with Kortu, Molly, Mus and several other toddlers.
