Joe was found with her friend and potential sister, Ratch, who were confiscated near Bradford village in Moyamba from a seller who had bought them from a hunter. Joe is the leader of the babies group, and loves to bite to show who's boss! She has a spunky personality, but won't go anywhere without Ratch.
