Emmanuel Williams is a former Sierra Leone solider recruited by Tacugama in 2015 as a patrol guard, for his self-discipline and motivation to protect the environment no matter the difficulty of the terrain or adverse weather conditions. He also assists as a guide during the tourist forest hikes, and as a team member when TCOP needs additional fieldwork personnel. He comes from Regent, the nearby village.
